We provide a flexible and bespoke service for our clients, agreeing a strategy and using the right mix of tactics to supplement their own resources to achieve their objectives. For some clients that may mean a focus on PR and speaking opportunities, for others a more comprehensive service including online support and contact marketing programmes.

Our clients generally retain us on an annual basis, opting for Gold, Silver or Bronze Guru packages based on their requirements. We also offer an advisory service for clients who have all of the resources they require to implement their Guru strategy, but benefit from a monthly review meeting to get ad hoc advice and help plan new opportunities.

For brand new clients we usually undertake 2 months work in month one in order to get an agreed plan of action in place with you and be able to “hit the ground running”.

We are also happy to discuss specific projects that might not fit within an annual retainer.

Our retained clients benefit from guaranteed rates and can choose to receive fully itemised invoices or activity reports every month. They also greatly appreciate the chance to network with other clients who may have common interests, and many have found opportunities to work together through this. We run exclusive networking events for clients that are well received.

Clients also make use of our offices in Conduit St, W1, for occasional business meetings that it may not be appropriate to hold elsewhere.
